Built to work together. Counterpoint has a connector for posting branch sales into the finance system, and the help desk covers both.

Live

Books that survive an audit.

The finance system for groups that have outgrown spreadsheets and can't afford surprises. Several companies, several currencies, one set of books — and a permanent record behind every number.

  • Every number traces back. Nothing in your books can be quietly changed. When an auditor asks who did what and when, that is a question you answer in seconds.
  • Nobody approves their own work. Whoever prepares an entry can never be the one who signs it off. The system enforces that, not a policy people forget.
  • A month-end that doesn't depend on heroics. Approvals, reconciliation and closing controls sit in one place, so the close stops being a scramble around whoever remembers the process.
  • Every entity in one picture. Multiple companies and currencies consolidated properly, without a spreadsheet holding the group together.
  • Saudi e-invoicing already handled. ZATCA e-invoicing and tax filing are built in — no separate vendor, no bolt-on.

// Why licence from us

Why finance teams choose Pragmatech ERP.

//01

Governance that fits your size.

Start with a light setup for a small team and move up to full approval controls for SAMA-regulated institutions. Change presets any time, without a migration.

//02

Your books in their own database.

Every customer workspace runs on its own database, not shared tables, at its own address. Nothing about your numbers sits next to another company's.

//03

Saudi e-invoicing in the ledger.

ZATCA e-invoicing is part of the Growth and Enterprise plans and posts to the same audited ledger as everything else — no separate vendor to reconcile.

//04

Every company in one picture.

Several companies and currencies share one workspace and one audited ledger, with group consolidation on Enterprise — no spreadsheet holding the group together.

// Common Questions

Questions about Pragmatech ERP.

A cloud accounting and ERP system for single companies and groups of companies. Every entity's books live in one workspace, and every module — receivables, payables, banking, fixed assets, budgets, e-invoicing and consolidation — posts to the same audited general ledger.

Plans are monthly and priced in Saudi riyals. Growth is SAR 2,999 a month for up to 5 companies and 25 users. Enterprise is SAR 14,999 a month with no limit on companies or users, and adds group consolidation. Every signup starts on the Starter plan — one company, five users — as a 14-day free trial, with no credit card needed.

Yes, for Saudi Arabia: ZATCA e-invoicing is built in on the Growth and Enterprise plans and posts to the same ledger as everything else. Egyptian ETA e-invoicing is not available in the ERP yet.

Finance teams from startups to regulated groups. Governance presets range from a light setup for small teams to full approval controls for SAMA-regulated institutions, and you can change them at any time.

Yes. Every customer workspace runs on its own database, not on shared tables, and gets its own address at yourcompany.erp.pragmatech.work.
