With a two-hour listening session, usually within a week of your first call. Afterwards we send a short go or no-go memo. If AI isn't the right answer for your problem, we say so and stop there.
Advisory is a fixed fee. Build and integration projects are priced after the listening session, once the scope is clear to both sides, and the number is agreed before any work starts.
